OUTDOOR YOGA w/ The Desti Teacher Team: Sara, Josh & Alexis
This is a fun outdoor class with three teachers rotating for a blend of strength+stretch, vinyasa flow balances and somatic movement with handpan sound healing music . Each teacher will lead you for 20-minutes in this 60-minute class.
Dress and prepare for warm summer weather, apply sunscreen and arrive 10 minutes early for this all-levels accessible class.
Class is held in the side parking lot of the bulding, near the front door.
Please bring your own mat if you have one. We provide 12 sets of equipment/props on a first come basis.
