Slow Flow+Somatic with Josh.

This class combines slow paces traditional asana for strengthening movement followed by somatic. Spend the first part of class gently moving to build strength, opening and awareness and the second part of class deepening your body awareness in the slow and subtle practice of somatic yoga which ignites how your physical movement is felt, instead of how it looks. This class focuses on promoting positive change and mindfulness. Dress in warm, comfortable layers to stay warm.
