Deepen your body awareness in the slow and subtle practice of somatic yoga which ignites how your physical movement is felt, instead of how it looks. This class focuses on promoting positive change and mindfulness. Dress in warm, comfortable clothing to be laying down or seated for this all-levels accessible class.
